食べログの記事を読んで評価が良さそうなので訪問してみました。
勤務先から徒歩10分程度、昭和通りに面していてわかりやすい立地です。
午後1時を過ぎていたので店内は混んではおらず、
4人掛けテーブルでゆったり食事ができました。
麺類がおススメ、というので、十数種類のメニューから鶏肉そば(塩味)をオーダーしました。
数分で運ばれてきました。
丼には鶏肉の細切り、青菜・もやしの炒め物がたっぷりとのっています。
780円の割にはボリュームがあるな、と感じました。
ＣＰが高い評価なのも頷けるな、と思った矢先でした。
スープを一口。
「ぬる！」
スープの熱さを感じることができませんでした。
提供温度というものは、味やボリュームを語る以前の問題で、
個人の好みもありますが、たとえば麺類なら75度前後、コーヒーなら85度前後位、
といわれているようです。
私は以前、給食業務に従事したことがあり、
提供温度を守ることが、まずは一番重要、と教えられてきました。
おそらくこのときは10度位低かったのではないでしょうか。
もちろん食べられない、ということはないので、すべていただきましたが、
楽しみにして訪問したので残念でした。
ただベースの味はしっかりしており、評価通りに感じましたので、再訪してみたいと思います。
