高級中華を街角で廉価で食べさせてくれる本物の店。
周辺にはなかなかない。グレードだと思う。
五目焼きそばを食べたがほんとにおいしい。
街角にあふれる中華料理屋さんを分類すると大きく分けて
3つに分類。オリジナルな分け方だけど。
まず一つ目は日本の昔ながらの中華料理屋さん
25年前の中華料理屋と言えばこの形態。
その後、中華料理とラーメン屋に分化する前の姿。
最近は随分見かけなくなった。
ラーメンを軸にチャーハン、餃子、野菜炒め、
レバニラ炒めなどを出してくれる形態。
次の形態は最近、街中にどんどんあふれてきている
簡単な中華料理屋さん営業は中国の人を
中心に行われており、安い。
少し料理の経験のあるような人が開くのか
店の味は親しみやすいけど詰めの甘い味が普通で
結果として、オーダーバイキング方式や、
食べ放題メニューに流れていき、2500円で30種類！
などと言う形態を持っている。
別の流れでこのクラスのものは
陳麻家なども味的にはこのクラス。
最後の形態がこちらの華龍飯店などの高級店タイプ。
中華街に行けばこの形態の店が多いのだけど
このあたりではなかなか見当たらない高級中華を食べさせてくれる。
コレドの維新号などもこのジャンルに分けられる。
