八重洲にある並びのできている韓国料理店の入っている雑居ビルの地下1階にある和食系飲み屋さん。何も調べず、飛び込みで入ったので、入る前は少し不安だったが、内装もモダンに整備されており、おいしいものを提供するふいんきがあって一安心。
『玄界灘』
周りを見ると、魚の煮物を頼んでいるお客様が多かったので、私も習ってこちらを頼んでみた。
『あら煮定食（1200円）、明太子一切れ（100円）』
かなり濃厚な甘辛ダレで煮付けられたアラの煮付け。食べてみると意外な上品さの感じられる味付け。
頭や中骨、鰭の部分などがたっぷりと入っており、小骨と格闘しながらかなりの満足感。
味噌汁は切り干し大根とわかめ。
一口明太子もご飯の友として食事を楽しませてくれた。いい店見つけたな。
