３〜４組が食事中である。
鯛のかぶと煮定食は限定３食で完売しているとのことだ。
あら煮定食（1.200円）を注文。
何食かは分からないが、こちらも限定だ。
私の次の客があら煮を注文し、完売したことを告げられていた。
私がラスイチ、ラッキーである。
12:12到着。
まずは、あまり同じことをする奴はいないだろうと、あら煮丼にした。
色々な魚のあら煮からは、あらならではの油を感じ、旨し。
若干の食べにくさはあるが、あら煮丼、旨し。
あら煮は、私がガキンチョの頃、お袋が作っていた味そのもので、確りした甘さがあるタイプだ。
私の好みからすると、少し甘過ぎだが、お袋の味、懐かしい。
骨と格闘しながらも、あら煮丼を食べ終える。
ご飯をお代わりする。
今度は、あら煮の煮汁を少しご飯にかけ、ほぐしたあら煮をご飯の上に、ほぐしあら煮丼である。
丼を作る際の手間はあったが、食べる際は、サクッといただけた。
あ〜、この煮汁に玉子を落とし半熟目玉焼きを作り、ご飯に乗せて食べたい。笑
12:35お会計を済ませ店を出る。
ん？本日のランチは完売しましたと、札が出ていた。
雑誌に出ていたこのお店、メモって正解！
個人的な懐かしさを味わえ、美味しかったと店をでた。
