八重洲・京橋にある和風居酒屋「一の倉」
京橋焼き鶏ストリートのひとつ、伊勢廣に行ってみたものの、開店前からの行列が長くて、途中で時間切れ＆リタイア。ということで、急遽、お隣の「一の倉」に伺うことにしました。
ランチメニューは、鶏の炭火焼き重、せせらぎポークカツ、ホッケ焼き、等。
当店おススメ「炭火焼き鶏重膳』、友人は週替わり「鶏と秋茄子のみぞれ定食」にしました。ご飯は大盛で。テーブルには薬味。七味と山椒が設置。

お椀いっぱいに入った具材は豚肉、大根、人参、牛蒡、里芋、タマネギ。お味噌にごま油がきいた風味豊かな豚汁。おかわり自由、とのことでまたお願いしました。

【炭火焼き鶏重】
蓋を開けると、鳥の照り焼きと鶏そぼろ、出汁巻き卵、ししとう、がご飯の上に乗ったお重。
照り焼きは肉厚で5、6枚、香ばしくしっとり、うまみたっぷり。出汁巻卵焼きはその都度巻いて出来たてとのこと。ご飯の上には、刻み海苔が敷かれ、照り焼きのタレが染みたご飯がおいしくてすすみます。ご飯も炊き方が良く、粒だっていてふっくら。
自粛解除されたこともあって、どのお店も大混雑。こちらも近郊サラリーマンで満席でした。
居酒屋ランチといえども、真面目に作っていてレベルの高いお店もあるので、ひとくくりにできないですね。
