厚切り牛タンポルチーニ（1,650円）をご飯大盛りで注文。
牛タン好きで、ポルチーニ好きには、メニューにあったグリルした厚切り牛タンを和風ポルチーニソースでお召し上がり下さい。の、フレーズを見逃すことが出来なかった。
到着。
器は小さいけど、写真サイズの牛たんが7枚と、ズッキーニにナス、パプリカなどの炒めもの、そしてマッシュポテトが盛られている。
確かに厚い牛タンは、サクッと噛みきれ、器の下のソースを確り絡めると、ポルチーニの香りを味わえる。
少し甘いけどね…。笑
味は受け入れやすく良く口にする感じなスープは、量は多いけど、具材はほとんど入っていなかった。
大盛りにしたご飯は、もちっとしていてかなり好きな部類だ。
マッシュポテトは、胡椒だろうか良い感じにスパイシーさを感じさせてくれる。
牛タンにマッシュポテトを乗せ、ポルチーニソースを絡めて口にすれば、中々の相性である。
サラダのドレッシングはサウザンだろうか、市販品みたいに甘くなく、程よい酸味が良かった。
完食。
国産和牛100%ハンバーグも、食べてみたいなぁ〜と、お会計を済ませ店を後にするのであった。
