On a winter day, my husband won some money at the horse races, so we thought, "That's right, let's go and eat Japanese parsley hotpot!" and made a reservation at this Sendai-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Nihonbashi. It was winter, after all. I wanted to eat Japanese parsley. The restaurant is right in front of Takashimaya in Nihonbashi. There are a lot of delicious looking restaurants around here, so there are a lot of temptations. This restaurant, Tomiwari, is in the basement, so it's not a very stylish storefront, so you might easily overlook it. But in conclusion, I'm glad that I found it because of the keyword "Japanese parsley hotpot" and went there. Because it was my first time to eat such fresh and lively Japanese parsley. The roots of the Japanese parsley were very fresh and flavorful. They had a crunchy texture and a delicious texture, and every time I chewed, I could smell the earthy aroma of Japanese parsley in my nose. The refreshing yet earthy aroma blew through my nose. And when I drank the soup from the pot at this time, the delicious flavor of the Japanese parsley was combined in the soup stock. It could go on forever! I was like, "Thank you for making me realize that Japanese parsley is an aroma." Oh, this restaurant is Sendai-style, so of course they have Japanese parsley hotpot, but they also have Miyagi local sake, sasakama snacks, Cow tongue snacks, and other things, which were also delicious, and families who live nearby come to eat here for dinner, so I thought the atmosphere was nice, but the Japanese parsley hotpot was so good that I decided to write about it this time.
