新日本橋『キュル・ド・サック』に訪問。
神田からも徒歩圏内。
日銀通りは飲食店が多く、ランチタイムで盛況。
日銀通りから横丁に入ったところに『キュル・ド・サック』がある。
2021年食べログビストロで百名店を受賞。
私もその頃からブックマークしていて、最近1100円から1300円に値上げされたが、
平日ランチでやっと訪問する機会が訪れたので行ってみた。
ランチ営業は火曜～金曜で、11:30～13:00L.0.。
以前は混んでいたが、ランチタイムでもすんなり入れた。
入店すると、1人だったのでカウンター席に通される。
店内の客は女性が多く、テーブル席では投資の話が話題。
さすが日銀が近いだけある。
さて、ランチはメイン、前菜、パン、デザート、ドリンクがつく。
メイン、前菜が以下から選べる。
（前菜）
・ニース風サラダ
・半熟玉子とポテトのサラダ
・ツナとクスクスのサラダ
・かぼちゃのポタージュ
（メイン）
・米産牛サーロインのローストビーフ(+200円)
・伊産ホエー豚のグリル バルサミコソース
・若鶏もものソテー カレークリームソース
・ハッシュドビーフ
・牛ロースのステーキ(+600円)
私は、前菜にニース風サラダ、メインに豚グリルを注文。
ドリンクはコーヒー、紅茶が選べ、アイスコーヒーをお願いした。
さて、ニース風サラダがサーブされる。
トマト、ゆで玉子、ツナ、ジャガイモ、オリーブが入って、
オリーブオイルが掛けられている。アンチョビ
なかなかのボリューム。
パンが食事パンで非常に硬く、アゴが鍛えられる。
メインのイタリアン産ホエー豚のグリルがサーブ。
グリルされて焼き目がついていて美味しいそう。
赤身だがいい焼き加減で柔らかく仕上がっている。
マスタードソースとバルサミコ酢で味付けされているが、
焼き目の焦げが美味しく、付け添えのレモンも絞って、バルサミコ酢の味が合う。
食べ応え充分な豚肉をいただく。
大門にあった『Aux delices de dodine』の厚切り豚肉を思い出す。
ちなみにAux delices de dodineは八重洲に移転している。
付け添えのグリルされたジャガイモもよい。
パンを食べてしまったので、店員さんに聞くと、パンはおかわり可能とのこと。
食後に、デザートでシフォンケーキとアイスコーヒーがサーブされる。
アイスコーヒーにはミルクとシロップが付いてこないが、
お願いしたら付けれくれた。
ミルクは普通の牛乳。
飲みやすいサッパリとしたアイスコーヒーで夏に合うかも。
シフォンケーキは薄くカットされていて、
ふっくらと柔らかく、女性でもお腹に収まるボリューム。
お口直しによい。
ごちそうさまでした。
評価は3.5点。値上げ前なら3.6点だろう。
鉄は熱い内に打て、というがまさにその通り。
人気が出る前に早く行かないとね。好機逸すべからず。
