うわぁ、濃密(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
濁りなく旨味が強烈です！
香りも力強いですね〜！
軽やかなタッチも深く濃い香りも兼ね備えてます！
「かつお・こんぶ合わせ出汁」
基本かつお出汁に切りだし昆布を入れるだけ？
一口目はカツオの力強さに加え、昆布の香りと旨味がほんのりと！
時間が進むにつれ昆布の旨味と、僅かな苦味が合わさり濃厚な味わいに(^^)
個人的には昆布出汁と鰹出汁をそれぞれ抽出して、合わせた出汁を飲みたいなぁって贅沢な要望を叶えて下さい（笑）
お弁当メニューもありタイミングみて試してみたいです！
あぁ出汁って心にまで染み渡りますね。。
