今日は取引先との会食。
打ち合わせは無事？済み食事となる。
予め予約しておいた北海道八雲町　日本橋別館に伺う。
予約は無事取れていましたが、当日はもう入れないし予約もできないレベル。
こだわりが生む人気ですかね。
ビールを頼みお刺身盛り2人前を注文。
全て2切れずつというシンプルさ。
普段関東では食べれないの刺身など有りました。
脂が乗っていて美味しかったです。
山芋醤油や蓮根揚げもつまみとして最高！
そしてなんといっても焼きです。
これは半身なんですが結構なデカさです。
脂もしっかり乗っていてとても良いですね。
これはこだわりの店ならではの出し物だと思いました♪
終わろうかと思いましたが、函館なのに烏賊を食べなのは？と思い姿焼きを注文。
プリップリでとっても美味しかったです。
仕上げは焼きおにぎりをいただき大満足でした。
普通の居酒屋でしたが取引先様も大満足の会食となりました。
今度はプライベートでも利用させていただきたいと思います。
