2/4よりランチの時間帯限定で京橋の行列店 札幌ドミニカのスープカリーを始めました。 |
特選チキンカリーを、オリジナルスープの辛さ２番（中辛）で。中身は、チキン×野菜８種×半熟たまご。
炒め玉ねぎ、水菜、ヤングコーン、オクラ、にんじん、フライドポテト、フライドブロッコリー、たけのこ。札幌のお店だとたけのこでなくかぼちゃだった気がする。
揚げた野菜が多いので具材は油っぽいが、カレーがそこまで油っぽくないので、食べやすい。
水がレモン水なのは嬉しいポイントで、このレモン水がお口をリフレッシュさせてくれる。
メインのチキンは、スプーンで突けば骨からお肉を剥ぎ取れるくらいホロホロ。ただ、こちらは味が薄く、チキンのたんぱくさが目立つ。
スープは思ったほどには油っこくなく、適度にコクとカレーの風味があって、ストレスを感じないくらいにヒリッと辛く、味はさすが。ただ、メインのスープ自体が少ないのが、とにかく残念ポイント。
平日12:30で並ばずに入店し即オーダーも、カレー登場は12:44とまぁ許容範囲。
入店した時には、店内は食べている人よりも、カレー待ちの人の方が圧倒的に多い。もともと調理時間のかかる料理だが、これだと平日ランチは怖い。
後客が１人しか入ってこなかったので、ピークをずらせばなんとかという感じかな。
