和な食事をしたいって気持ちが続いていまして…
本店を京都に構え“和食の伝統を大切にしながら京都のエッセンスと新しさを融合しております”との謳い文句に魅かれてCOREDO日本橋にある『豆ちゃ』を訪ねます
小さな器に盛られたお惣菜が並べられる屋台のようなコーナーが目を引きますし、それをぐるりと回るように並べられた客席は落ち着いた雰囲気で…
奥にある窓側の席からは日本橋の景色を見下ろすことができるなどなかなか良い感じのお店であります
いただいたのは「鰤の西京焼き」
身が厚い切身でありますので、表面をカリッと香ばしく焼いても身はしっとりと柔らかく…
程よい味噌の塩味でおいしくいただくことができました
また白味噌仕立ての味噌汁には薄く表紙切りにされた人参と大根がたっぷりと入っていることもうれしいですね
そして旬だからと「牡蠣フライ」を添えさせていただきます
この時期だとまだ大きく育っていないのか小ぶりなものでありましたが、旨味が詰まったジューシーな味わいを楽しみました
