ランチメニューもあるのだが、焼きそばのお焦げ具合が気になり、グランドメニューの美味閣特性焼きそば（1,100円）を注文。
焼きそばが到着するまで、メニューを眺めていたのだが、食べたいと思う料理の種類が豊富ではないだろうかと思うのであった。味は知らんけど…笑
焼きそば上部はコンガリと焼かれ、下部は卵と麺がこんがり焼かれている。具材は上下面の間に入っている。
麺ハンバーガーだな！笑
そして、麺は比較的に細い方だ。
具材の内容は、豚肉、海老、イカ、ニラ、もやし、キャベツ、にんじん、玉ねぎなどで、味付けは生姜の効いた青椒肉絲に近いかも知れない。
そして、豚もイカも柔らかい。
麺の香ばしさと具材の味が、うまい具合に折り合っている。
終盤、多少の飽きがきたけど、個人的に好きな味だった。
