北海道の料理を頂く（北海道厚岸 コレド室町店）
コレド室町2の1Fにあるカキ酒場です。本店は日本橋にあり、北海道厚岸産の牡蠣を使った料理や、ザンギや北海縞ホッケなど北海道の料理がいろいろ食べられる店です。
〇カキフライ2個付き鶏のザンギ定食（1000円）
〇マルえもんMサイズ（1個380円）
カキフライ2個とザンギが3個のセットの定食です。
厚岸産の牡蠣を使ったカキフライは大きさがあり、サクッとあがっており身もプリプリしており美味しい。
鶏のザンギは薄い衣をカラッと揚げた唐揚げです。こちらも美味しかったです。
厚岸産のブランド牡蠣であるマルえもんは厚岸産の養殖牡蠣です。カキえもんが完全養殖であるのに対して、マルえもんは厚岸海岸で養殖されたものだそうです。甘味と深みのある味が特徴とのことでしすが、頂いたのがMサイズで少し小さかったため、ポテンシャルを感じることはできませんでした。牡蠣は大きいほど旨味が乗るので次回はLかLLサイズのものを頂こうと思います。
しかし北海道の郷土食であるザンギとカキフライを安く食べれて満足です。

コレド室町はよく利用するので、ランチ街にはお世話になってます。ほぼ制覇したかな。来店してない店を探すほうが難しいです。この日は海鮮料理の気分だったので、北海道厚岸さんに再訪。
〇日本一のカキフライ2個付き 海鮮丼（1500円）
海鮮丼はネタをそのままのせるのではなく、タタキをタワー状に盛り付けるつじ半さん方式です。ネタはマグロ、サーモン、イクラ、カニです。こちらは見た目よりもボリュームがありネタも新鮮でした。またご飯は酢飯ではなく、卵黄が付いてきます。この卵黄を醤油と混ぜて海鮮丼にかけて食べます。この食べ方、意外にいけます。美味しかった。
カキフライは安定の美味しさです。大き目のものが2個でいずれもプリプリかつジューシーです。
味、ボリューム、コスパいずれも満足でした。
