today's lunch. I visited around 12:30, and there was only one group of customers, probably because the store is underground. This store has sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan. This is actually a restaurant I want to come to at night. Our plan is that if we sell in Japan, we can expect to get some fish. I like that most of the lunch menu sets come with sashimi. It was L-shaped, with a counter and table seats, so it would be a good place to come with your workmates. Payment is required in advance. I visited with a colleague, so we sat at a table in the back. When I sat down, there were 1sho bottles of Juyondai, Hiroki, Dassai, and other drinks next to me. Yeah, I still have to come at night. Water is self-serve in a 1 sho bottle. ● Kinka dried mackerel with soy sauce and sashimi set 1,000 yen I had a hard time deciding between the yellowtail radish and sashimi set and the sesame sauce bowl with 3 kinds of Seafood, but decided on my favorite mackerel. My colleague ordered the extra-large salt-grilled hairtail and sashimi set. After drinking the elegant miso soup, I immediately bit into the mackerel. It's fatty and delicious, so you can eat the rice right away. It was dried with soy sauce, but it had enough flavor probably because it was dried. And plenty of sweetness. The reason is that there was a hidden knife inside (that side was facing up), and was it on the back? When I returned it, there were sesame seeds sprinkled on it. Soy sauce dried or mirin dried? Well, that's fine, as long as it tastes good. I was satisfied with the two main dishes. The sashimi was bonito and tuna, and there was also sea bream in Small dish. Enough for a 1,000 yen set. I'm also happy to have a small amount of cold yakko and pork shabu. Yakko doesn't just serve tofu, and places like this seem to be more than just a set meal restaurant. A well-balanced lunch with delicious main fish and side dishes. Because it's underground, you can have a relaxing meal, and I'd like to come back even if I'm alone, and of course at night.
