平日の夜ネットで予約して初訪問
連れが蟹が大好物なので今日はかに三昧のコースをお願いした
お店は日本橋の三越のすぐ近く
ローソンの隣
一階の店内はテーブル卓が10卓程で落ち着いた雰囲気のお店だった
本日のコースは≪かに三昧≫ 14,000円
内容は
・先付け
・前菜三点盛り
・たらばかにとずわいかにのお刺身
・ずわいかにの炙り
・たらばかに炙り、一本揚げ
・かに茶碗蒸し
・御かにめし
・デザート
先付けで出された蟹の身と玉子と菜の花の料理がとてもよかった
味付けのジュレもいい感じでかに道楽にはない料理
三点盛りもよかった
ソフトシェルの油の味付けもよくこれは美味しかった
お刺身から炙りはだいたい予想通りの商品
最後は名物の御蟹めしを頂いた
お酒は生ビールからここの名物酒のつめ酒と皮酒を何杯か頂いた
和と合体するような料理がとても良かった
