地下にあります室町三谷屋さんでランチです。
入り口で消毒。
カウンターはアクリル板で遮ってあり、一人一人専用の消毒液も用意されて、コロナ対策バッチリです。
メニューをみて黒ムツや限定の海鮮丼など迷いましたが注文したのは鮭塩焼き定食1400円。
内容はお刺身3種に鮭塩焼き 小鉢、茶碗蒸し、香の物、お椀、白ごはんのセット。
最初に茶碗蒸しが出てきて、食べながら待つことに。
茶碗蒸しは椎茸、そら豆、ホタテが入っていてお出汁が旨し。
小鉢はイナダの南蛮漬け
程よい酸味が心地よくてご飯が進みます。
お刺身は三種。かんぱち、スズキの昆布締め、ホタテです。
このボリュームにしっかりとしたお刺身は嬉しく、2切れずつあって満足。
特に昆布締めはかなり美味しい。
焼き鮭は写真の通り、かなり立派な内容で引い入れも素晴らしくとっても美味しいです。
ご飯いっぱいでは足りないぐらい満足のボリュームです。
全部まとめては写真が取れないほどの品数は1400円でもお得に感じてしまいます。
13時に新宿で牛合わせが入っていたものですから素早く食べて神田駅に向かう予定が、お昼から予約のコースの方がいらっしゃったからか、注文から最後の焼鮭の提供までに18分とちょっと間に合うかどうかの瀬戸際。
次回行くときはゆったり時間のあるときに行ってみたいですね。
