神田駅から徒歩10分ぐらいのところにあるお店。お昼にやってきた。先客2組。男性多め。
店内はL字カウンターと個室は見えた。落ち着いた雰囲気があり音楽なし。
注文したのは
サワラの西京焼き1400円。（税込）
良かった感想は
茶碗蒸しは優しい味で中の三つ葉などの味はしっかりしていた。
マリネ？はやや酸味が強いが強すぎず魚についてる衣も柔くなりすぎず良い。
ご飯は柔らかめで甘みがあるように感じた。
お味噌汁は何が入るか分からないがすごく乳製品のような甘みがあった。
サワラはしっかり脂が乗る。
全体的にとても丁寧で優しめの味つけだった。
思ったマイナス点は
茶碗蒸しに入るそら豆は少し匂いがきつく感じた。
サワラは少し個人的には味が薄すぎに感じた。
