初めて訪問。
お誕生日祝いに連れて来て頂きました。
最初に毎年500本しか生産しないシャンパンを頂き、料理長の挨拶と食材の説明を受けました。
お肉も海鮮も立派で楽しみ
お肉の部位を選んで焼き加減を指定してコーススタート！
特筆すべきとこは…
◯ふた品目の鮮魚盛合わせ。
これも色々美味いのだけどサーモンの自家製燻製が美味い口中に広がる燻感とサーモンの柔らかさ脂のノリがとても美味い。あと真ん中の蟹と雲丹にキャビを添えたヤツも美味い。イランのキャビア、ベルーガがとても上質な旨みまったく臭みない感じ。
◯パンについてる有塩バター美味い。
パンも美味しいのだけど食べきれ無さそうだったのでちょっとだけで我慢(T . T)
◯クエのカルトッチョ
耐熱調理フィルムの中で魚介の旨味凝縮⭐︎
◯タリオニーニの牛タン先を煮込んだソースが激ウマ
◯炭火焼きステーキ2種
150g食べ切れるか心配をよそに完食。
シャトーブリアンとフランクをレアに仕上げてもらって食べ応えある中に旨さと柔らかさが最高( *´艸｀)
◯デザートは無殺菌の牛乳で作ったアイスとマンゴーの作り立てのケーキ。美味しゅうございました(^O^)
誕生日と言うこともありルイヴィトンのトランクからケーキを出して頂きました(^O^)
