``Mita Beef'' is a brand that was born in 1986 and uses Tajima beef as raw beef. Only those who pass very strict regulations are allowed to use that name. At Westa, we contract directly with the ranch and mainly use carefully selected "Mita Beef". Furthermore, the knife is made from Echizen Uchihamono, which is designated as a traditional craft and has excellent sharpness, so you can enjoy it without damaging the fibers of the meat. Please experience the delicate flavor of the soft marbling that spreads in your mouth.

We don't cut any corners, even when it comes to the first towel our customers receive before their meal. We have prepared ``Imabari towels'' that are made from carefully selected cotton, and are made by thoroughly bleaching and dyeing the yarn and raw cloth, which takes time and effort. The tables in the private dining rooms are made from Fuchu furniture with a history of 300 years. This is a masterpiece made of high-quality material called "Bird's Eye Maple", which is also known as "wooden marble", and finished with craftsmanship.
