八重洲からも日本橋からも徒歩数分の場所にある
海鮮×日本酒バル「魚の目利き」で仕事関係の会食利用。
なのでいつもより画像は少なめです。
コースではなかったため自分で頼んだものを中心にレビュー。
乾杯ドリンクはプレミアム・モルツ(680円）
突出しの沖縄産もずく酢(価格不明）もたっぷりで嬉しくなりますね。
目利きの大漁盛り(5～6人前/3980円）は必食！
スズキ・シマアジ・しめ鯖・鰹たたき・真鯛・サーモン・中トロ・きびなご。
どれも厚切りで食べ応えありますが、中トロの大きさには驚きます。
もはや座布団？！
早々日本酒に切り替えました。
先ずは出羽桜(1合/980円）からスタート。
産地を聞きそびれてしまいましたが
限定の生牡蠣(1個/680円）は小振りであっさり。
あれば必ず頼んでしまうサザエも日本酒との相性抜群です。
そしてちょっと感動したのが、お店自慢の本まぐろを
豪快に焼き上げた鉄板ステーキ(1980円）！
香ばしいバターの香りにたっぷりのおろしぽん酢。
とろける肉質はまるでお肉をいただいているような錯覚に陥りますね。
大好物のぶりカマは今回、焼きではなく煮てもらうことに。
甘さ控えめの煮汁がど真ん中の逸品！
しっかりとした味付けなので辛口の特別純米酒
一ノ蔵(1合/980円)を合わせて。今夜も幸せナイトなのでした。
