日本橋の方には以前行ったことがありました。
昼からまったりとしゃぶしゃぶのコースをいただき、至福の時間を過ごしたわけです。

お店に入った時から素敵な和の香りがし、京都に来たような気分になります。
靴を脱ぎ上に上がり、お店の方はお着物で丁寧に席まで案内して下さいました。

2015年を締めくくる忘年会でお邪魔した素敵なお店です。
幹事さんがここの「出汁（だし）しゃぶ」が大好きとの事。
瓢喜（ひょうき）という難しそうな店名の意は・・・

年末の接待会場を探し、京橋駅近くにオープンしたばかりの新店を訪問。
