Food "It's delicious! I've never had anything like it before!"
Ponzu sauce is the most common dipping sauce for shabu shabu-shabu, but at our restaurant, we serve shabu shabu with a special dashi soup stock that was born from the techniques of Japanese Cuisine and is an essential part of Kyoto culture. Our style is to add plenty of green onions, which go well with pork, to the soup stock. You can have as much green onion as you like (with the exception of some menu items). Please enjoy the taste that will make you want to eat it again and again.
ServiceWe can store your souvenirs and gifts for you. We also offer special courses for celebrations.
If you have gifts to take to guests for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, or business entertainment, we can store them in advance until the time you would like to hand them over so that they do not become a burden. We also offer courses in which each person has their own individual hot pot, such as the "Celebratory Kaiseki" course, which is perfect for meetings, and the "Four Seasons Kaiseki" course, which is perfect for business entertainment. If you are using the restaurant for an important occasion, we can also accommodate a tour, so please feel free to contact us.
