若い時は、しゃぶしゃぶよりすき焼き派だったのてすが、最近はさっぱりしたしゃぶしゃぶ派というお年頃です。
本店が気に入ったので、今回はこちら、京橋店です。
日本酒の銘酒を揃えているので、「而今 純米」でスタート。ビールなんて飲んでいる場合じゃないですよ！
お連れ様はノンアルコールビール。
「而今」ガツンと濃厚な味わい、それでいて清い味と華やかな香りです。
他に超レア「十四代」をグラスで。
それから「醸人九平次」は春ならではのうす濁りをいただきました。
どれも最高の贅沢！
日本酒党いらっしゃーい。
お料理は一番人気の「京」コース(12000円)。
これ、おすすめです。
美味しい高級素材おつまみがちょこちょこ出てきて、だししゃぶでどーんととどめをさされます。
最初のひと品は、桜胡麻豆腐と筍。
このお出汁はカツオの香りがとても良く、ほわわ～と顔も緩んでしまいます。
縁をほんのりピンクに染めた百合根が桜を模していて可愛い。
ボタンエビはお刺身で。
スダチを絞っていただくと、甘味が引き立ちますね。
塩昆布がアクセント。
鹿児島の初鰹にはエシャロット香味ポン酢。
可愛いなずなの花も食べられます。
春ですね～。
玉地蒸しフカヒレあんかけは温かいお料理。
日本料理にフカヒレとは珍しいです。
滑らかな茶碗蒸し、これもお出汁が決め手ですね。
カニ爪とおかひじきの酢の物。
食べ方をお店の人が教えてくれました。
真打ち豚しゃぶ。
脂の甘い岩中豚がたっぷりです。
ネギを大量に乗せまして、ゆず胡椒で味変。
これですっかり満腹。
ですが、まだ出てきますよ。
ご飯は鯛茶漬け。
ゴマだれまで美味しい～！
デザートは苺と水羊羹。
堪能しました～。
お店の雰囲気も良いし、個室も広々して落ち着きます。
接客も、美味しく食べさせようという気持ちが見えて、感じが良いです。
