東京駅で美味しいしゃぶしゃぶが食べたいと友人にリクエストしたら、ここに連れてきてくれました！八重洲口から徒歩五分くらいで全席個室、しかも接客レベルが高すぎてもう大満足。目上の人と行ったり、大事な日に行くのもオススメ。
場所は京橋駅が1番最寄りですが
東京駅で待ち合わせて行くのが分かりやすい。
裏路地沿いの路面店です。
コースの予約をして、店内は靴を脱いで案内してもらいました。
掘りごたつ席で他との席は一切見えないので接待向き。
まずは乾杯でクラフトビールを注文、京都はんなりIPAにしました！
友人はソフトドリンクの京都クラフトジンジャー。
ソフトドリンクのメニューも充実しているのも良い。
お酒飲めない友だちと多いので、ノンアルメニューもちゃんと美味しそうなお店に行きたい。
今回予約したコースは、近江牛と岩手県産 岩中豚の出汁しゃぶ。
旬の食材を使ったお料理も楽しめてお腹いっぱいになりました！
どうやら日本三大和牛の１つ「近江牛」というのがあるらしい。
岩手県産 岩中豚と共に名物「出汁しゃぶ」で2種類のお肉が味わえるのも贅沢でした！
【先付】
胡麻豆腐 美味出汁
キャビア 振り柚子
キャビアの塩気とお出汁がよく合う。
最初から美味しいお料理で期待値ぐんと上がる。
【上造り】
初かつおの香味ぽん酢がけ
韮とエシャレットの薬味を添えて
鹿児島県産の鰹は新鮮でしかも肉厚。
【上凌ぎ】
芳醇な蟹爪に柚子香る土佐酢をかけて
蟹爪の食べ方を初めて教えてもらいました！
意外と簡単に身を全部食べることができてビックリ。
【鍋】
出汁しゃぶは、岩手県産 岩中豚と近江牛。
店員さんが最初に作ってくれました。
季節の野菜盛り合わせは、こだわりのお野菜がたっぷり。
お麩も美味しかった。
たっぷりの刻みねぎと、柚子胡椒ともみじおろしはお代わり自由。
自慢の「お出汁」はどんどん飲める。
ポン酢で食べても美味しかった。

お出汁に合う生蕎麦は寮もちょうどよかった。
砂時計でゆで時間を計って、
途中でカレー粉を添えて、味の変化も楽しむことができました。
店員さんは丁寧に接客してくださるものの、席の時間はプライベート空間を邪魔しないでいてくれる気づかいを感じることができました。
【甘味】
自家製水羊羹は、もちもちで苺が乗っていて美味しかった。
温かいお茶、新しいおしぼりも持ってきてくださりホスピタリティの高さにも脱帽。
どの店員さんが接客してくれても、皆さん素晴らしくまた行きたいと思いました。
