さんにお伺いさせていただきました、
場所は、三越前になります、
外観は、三越の横にある富山県アンテナショップの中です
内装は、日本酒ＢＡＲコーナーの隣りです、
広めの席数でカウンター席、テーブル席もございます
コロナ前に新年会、忘年会で来た事があります、
夜は、鰤しゃぶコース、鰤会席などがいただけます、
近くで所要がありランチでいただきました、
▶︎寒鰤丼
・鰤刺しみ
・鰤照り焼き
・白胡麻、山葵
・とろろ昆布の味噌汁
・小鉢2つ
鰤丼の、お刺身は、醤油と大根おろし、山葵でいただけます、
また照り焼きは山椒でいただきます
鰤が美味しいので、御飯（丼）としての完成度が高く実に良いですね
鰤丼、そして
郷土料理の、とろろ昆布の味噌汁も実に良いですね。
（とろろ昆布のおにぎりも人気です）
地元の郷土料理、
素材の良さが際立ちます。
富山を味わえます
