会社の近所にあり、ランチに伺いました。
富山のアンテナショップと富山の日本酒が楽しめる富山バーも併設しています。
わたしは氷見うどんと鱒寿司のセット。
同僚は富山米わっぱ。
氷見うどんのお出汁はとても上品。
繊細なとろろ昆布と白エビのかき揚げがお出汁の深みを底上げしています。
うどんはコシがあるタイプではないけど全体のバランスが良いと思います。
讃岐うどんが一番と思っていたわたしですが、これもアリかな。
鱒寿司は今まで食べたことのあるものとはちょっと違うような。。。
うまく言えませんが、もっと食べたいなと思いました。
仕事でなければ日本酒の飲み比べがしたかった！
スタッフの方々は気さくな方多いですが、馴れ馴れしさはなくて居心地良かったです。
