長女のミナコが予約してくれたのは
神田から徒歩5分ほどの『ローグヒル』
ダイニングバーのお店で
ミナコ絶賛の料理があるとこ^^*
私はウーロン茶、ミナコは
オレンジベースのカクテルをお任せで作ってもらい

■牡蠣の自家製スモーク
スモークの牡蠣は初めてかも？
やっぱり生が好きだけど、これもなかなかいいですねー
■生雲丹と牛肉のカルパッチョ
薄切りの牛肉に生雲丹がONしてて
まずは目で楽しませてくれます。
贅沢食材の組み合わせでリッチな気分⤴︎⤴
■濃厚ポテトサラダ
器を2つに分けて提供してくれました。
コロナの今はこの気使い、嬉しいね♪
それに、2等分にしているのに量が多い！
滑らかでクリーミーなポテサラで、
私が家で作るのとは全然違う！
これはプロのポテサラです。
■キノコのフラン 雲丹のクリームソース
お店の看板メニューで
ミナコ絶賛の一品です。
これも大きなお皿にふたつに分けて提供してくれました。
雲丹クリームソースが、超優しくてめちゃ旨❗
真ん中にあるキノコのフランの正体は
よく分からないのだけど、
ソースに絡ませて食べるととってもおいしいー
ミナコがおかわりしたいと言い出す(^▽^;)

と、なるが異論はなく再注文w

上記の雲丹クリームソースのお皿を余すことなく
このパンが拭き取る役目もありますw
シンプルな正統派のパンです。
■カニクリームコロッケ
優しいクリームソースの中には、たくさんのカニがいる！
これまでの全ての料理がおいしくて
まったくハズレがないことにワクワクが
止まらないw
■牛ハラミのタリアータ
これもお皿を分けてくれました。
ひと皿のボリュームがスゴいので
これ、ホントに2人分に分けてるの？
と疑問に思うほどw
やわらかハラミで、ソースとの相性もGood
食べ応えある十分な量で、お腹がいっぱいになります。
2杯目の飲み物は
私もお任せでカクテルを作ってもらったら
とても飲みやすくて、グビーっとイケそう(^ ^)
料理も飲み物も
なんか、とってもいい！
おふたりでのオペレーションの中
適度に放置される感じも悪くないですw
お腹もいっぱいになり、そろそろお開きねと
