Dedesuke's uniquely arranged Vietnamese Cuisine is hearty yet reasonably priced! The dishes are made with carefully selected ingredients from both Japan and abroad, and have a mild flavor with a hint of tropical flavor, and you can enjoy the sense that the flavor increases the more you enjoy it.

Banh xeo is a rice flour and coconut milk based batter filled with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, etc. and baked to a crispy texture. It is very healthy because it is wrapped in lots of vegetables. Grab a Vietnamese beer like 333 (Barbarbar). The outside is crispy, and the inside is filled with steamed bean sprouts, mung beans, shrimp, and pork, and is extremely soft. Enjoy crunchy and chewy banh xeo.
