Limited to 15 meals! This masterpiece is made by putting carefully selected yukhoe inside the ``super meat'' that was introduced on TV, and wrapping the outside with a network of fat that surrounds the internal organs. The raw meat inside and the juicy grilled fat on the surface lock in the flavor. Please enjoy the deep flavor that is not just ordinary Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Also available on 1FGrill floor. We have courses available for a variety of occasions. [CLASSIC course] is a course where you can enjoy 14 standard Yakiniku (Grilled meat) dishes. A fluffy lemon sour made with espuma. This is our popular recommended drink. [Wine] We have a wide variety of 120 types of wine, mainly carefully selected USA wines, which are thoroughly managed in a dedicated wine room shared by customers dining on the 1st floor and B1. All wines are stored at an appropriate temperature and the sommelier selects wines that will stand up to meat. Enjoy pairing wine and meat! Please feel free to pick up your favorite wine.

At our restaurant, we are licensed as a certified raw meat dealer, so you can enjoy fresh and safe meats such as yukhoe and frozen dumplings.We will tell you to grill them, but we only serve liver that is fresh enough to be eaten raw.
