平日ランチで初訪問です。
日本橋交差点そばの、「COREDO日本橋」4階レストランフロアにあります。
この日は『穴子丼』を求めて天ぷら屋に入ろうと思いましたが、価格が税込みで2,000円オーバーだったので別の機会にすることに。
こちらの店頭メニューの『うな重』1,700円に惹かれて入りました。
白木ベースの内観で落ち着きます。サイトを見ると、「まぐろ人」はカジュアル系の鮨店ですが、こちらの「別庵」は、COREDO日本橋だからなのか高級感がある設定になっています。
テーブルのメニュー見ると『うな重』は限定メニューでした。
『うな重』は、メニュー写真ほど立派ではありませんが、大きめで厚みのある鰻の上に濃いタレがかかっています。見るからに味が濃い感じです。一口食べてみると想定通りの甘めの濃い味なので「山椒」をいつもより多めに振りかけて美味しくいただきます。
日本橋交差点のそばで1,700円で食べられるランチ鰻としては絶品だと思います。
周囲では「海鮮丼」系のオーダーが多いようなので、魚を食べたい時にリピートします。
