久しぶりの日本橋高島屋。地下のスイーツフロアをぐるりと廻ると、見たことの無いお店が。近寄ってショウケースを覗くと、なんとも春らしいやわらかな色合いのスイーツが10種類＼(^o^)／ 店員さんに聞くと、春夏秋冬でラインナップがローテーションするそうです。
【花の蜜､￥649】副題: はちみつレモンとショコラのケーキ。淡めの黄色にチョコレートだから、バナチョコかな？！と思いましたが、レモンとチョコの組み合わせでした。
パク〜(^ω^)♪ はちみつレモンとチョコレートの相性は未知数だな～と思ってましたが、中にベルガモットで柑橘感をブーストしたオレンジソースが仕込んであり、はちみつレモンとチョコレートを上手く繋げていました。
総評: 春スイーツだからか、味わいも淡い印象で、個人的にはパンチが足りませんでした。リピして他のも試してみたい。ルックスは申し分ありません。
