先日松阪市を通ったにも関わらず
時間の関係で松阪牛食べられず。
その雪辱を果たす為にこちらのお店に。
まずは、ランチ限定の
黒毛和牛霜降りセット1,480円を注文し
ご飯、わかめスープ、キムチ等の基本セットを
整えました。
その後、いよいよ松阪ステーキを注文。
店員さんがお昼から上記オーダーが
あるとは思っていなかったみたいで
在庫があるか確認するとのことでバックへ。
残念ながら品切れのようです。
落胆しながらも、
取り敢えず、黒毛和牛タン（上）1,980円を
注文します。
タンのコリコリ感を残しながら
旨味たっぷりの霜降りタン。当然のうまさ。
おまかせ9種盛4,580円(税抜)を注文します。
・シキンボ
・千本すね
・トウガラシ
・イチボ 等の珍しい部位が食べられました。
初めて食べた部位もありましたがどの部位も
少しずつ特徴があって美味しいですね。
また松阪牛が無いお詫びにカルビを
黒毛和牛サーロインに変更のサービスを
して下さいました。
こういった心遣いが嬉しいですね。
桜ユッケで締めてお腹いっぱいです。
※コロナ対策で空気の入れ替えが凄い。
煙感が全く無く服に匂いも付かないので
日本橋を歩くにも問題無しですね。
