【日本橋】お料理も店員さんの対応も◎なフレンチ【サクレフルール】休日の夕方に早めのディナー。
三越前からコレド室町方面へ、そこから奥に入ると意外と人通りもほぼなく、
お店に辿りつけました。
フランス本店、神楽坂、軽井沢にも店舗があるおしゃれフレンチ【サクレフルール】へ。
ガラス張りの開放感ある店内ですが、奥の席はシャンデリアがゴージャスでワインもずらりと並んでいます。
席はゆったりと間隔をあけて座れました。
私たちは２人でしたが、４人席を案内してくれました。
こんなオシャレでも、かわいいキャラクターが書いてあってギャップがいい。
オススメはモンマルトルのストーン焼きとタルタルとのことでこれはオーダーしようと思いました。
●オマール海老とフルーツコールスローのタルタル
オシャレな盛り付け。
フルーツととても相性の良いオマール海老をコールスローと合わせてあり、タルタル仕立てに。この日のフルーツはピンクグレープフルーツでした。さっぱりとしていながらもお酒にあいそう。食べるべき！

カラフルなお野菜嬉しい。
プロバンス地方伝統のニンニク風味のマヨネーズをディップスタイルでいただきます。

絶対オーダーすべき！
飴色にソテーした玉葱がたっぷり入っています。まさに正統派トラディッショナル。
体にしみわたるおいしさ。
店員さんオススメ
●シャロレー牛150ｇ
フランス最古の食肉牛。
●短角牛シャトーブリアン150ｇ
ヒレ肉の更に中芯部、3人前程しか取れな貴重なシャトーブリアン。売り切れの場合もあるそうですが、運良く食べられました。
サラダとポテトがついてきます。
ポテトについては食べ放題。おかわりしちゃいました。
お肉はまずは塩コショウで。
次に３種のソースをお好みでつけていただきます。
オニオン・ブラックペッパー・ブルーチーズとあり
私はオニオンソースがお気に入り。
店員さんの対応がよかったです。
冷たいジュースをシェアしたかったのですが、このご時世「ちょっと一口」ができないので、グラスをお願いしたら、冷たい氷の入ったグラスを持ってきてくれました。
すごい気が利く！
お店の雰囲気もお料理も店員さんも素敵でした。また行きたいな。
