今日は久々の皇居run！
15キロ走った身体は既にカラカラ状態です…
早く飲みたいっ❕笑
こちらのお店、パリ18区に本店を構える名店との事で
期待大。(日本橋店は日本3号店の様です)
土曜日の16:30、
2.5H飲み放題付コースをreserveして訪問。
店内は天井が高く、通された奥の席にはシャンデリアが
設置されゴージャスな雰囲気✨
壁一面に飾られたワインボトルの設えもいい感じです✨
まずはビールで乾杯～❗❗
瓶ビールですが、グラスは適度に冷やされ、
渇いた喉を潤してくれます。
運動した後のビールは本当に最高！
以下コース内容。
●旬のタルタル
●前菜盛り合わせ
一つのプレートで提供。
『旬』の内容は失念…涙
オムレツやパテ、キャロットラぺ等、お酒か進む内容で
お味もしっかり！
コースの前菜って、あまり期待していなかったのですが
ボリュームも有り一品目から満足～✨
●ホタテと蓮根のグラタン仕立て
濃厚なクリームソースがホタテにあう！
ゴロゴロ入った蓮根の食感がいい仕事してます
●ガリシア栗豚とブロッコリーのロースト
食事のペースが追い付かず、冷めた状態で頂きました涙
冷めても油が口に残る事無。
やっぱりお肉は熱々を食べるべし！！(*_*)
●サラダ
山盛のグリーンレタス。
ドレッシングの塩梅も良。
●スティックフリット(フランス産シャロレー牛)
メイン登場！！
パリから取り寄せたホットストーン(300℃)にのせ、
自分で焼くスタイルです。
厚くカットされたお肉は、脂と赤身のバランスが良く
適度な食べ応え有。
3種類のソースで頂くのも良いですが、個人的には
お塩でお肉の旨味を楽しむのが美味しかった～✨
付合わせのフライドポテトもジャガイモの甘みが美味！
脇役とは思えない一品です。
●デザート
ベリーのチョコレートムース？？
…だったはず笑
デザートはあまり食べないのですが、一口サイズで
完食。ベリーの酸味で口直し！
食事はどれも美味しく、ボリュームもあってコスパ最高
でした❗
飲み物もお料理に合うラインナップで文句無し。
(オリジナルの白のサングリアが特に気に入っちゃいました～、飲み過ぎ注意です笑)
おひとりサマでも(カウンター席有)、友人同士でも、
使い勝手がいいお店だと思います。
予約時にご連絡を頂いた際の対応も丁寧なオペレーション
や、終始笑顔のホール店員さんにも好感を得ました。
