気になったお店を訪問するシリーズ(^^ゞ
今回は新日本橋駅５番出口からすぐの所にあるフレンチ、サクレフルールさんを訪問しました。
お店に入ると正面がオープンキッチンのカウンター席、その右奥にはテーブル席のエリアがあり、左側には個室といった造り。サービスを担当される皆さんはホント爽やかで、てきぱきとサーヴをこなされて行きます。素晴らしいm(__)m
今回注文したのは、休日限定Cコース２０００円。本日の前菜、ローストビーフ丼、デセール、カフェといった内容。対するアルコールは、シャルル・モージェ シャルドネ７５０円とキュヴェ・ミティーク ルージュ８００円を各１杯。
本日の前菜
魚介のエスカベッシュとサラダ。エスカベッシュの鮮やかな色彩がヴィジュアル的にも映えますね。サクレフルールさんは肉のイメージがあったんですが、魚も中々やりますね。オリーブオイル感も豊かだし、魚介の丸味のある旨さが良く出ています。サラダはシンプルにレタスのみですが、ドレッシングがおフランスな感じでこれは気に入りました。
ローストビーフ丼
これは期待以上。ライスの上にローストビーフがびっしりと敷き詰められています。ボリューム的にも圧巻。てっぺんに盛られた半熟卵を崩して肉やライスと合わせると、とろけるようなテイストが弾けます。ソースもイイ具合にライスに染みて、「丼」でありながらフレンチとしてもきちんと仕上がっているのは見事。
デセール
自家製ケーキに赤い果実からなるソースとホイップクリームが添えられた１品。ケーキのシンプルな旨さにグロゼイユの酸が綺麗な赤い果実のソースとホイップクリームのコラボが楽しい。
