Red vinegar Sushi without sugar
This sushi restaurant is located on the first floor, a 3-minute walk from Mitsukoshimae Station, and has a variety of seating options including counter, semi-private rooms, and completely private rooms. It is useful as it can be used for both entertainment and dinner with friends. I've been there several times, but this is my first review. On this day, I had lunch with a friend from the neighborhood, and we received a nigiri set, snacks, additional nigiri, and a glass of champagne. You can eat a set of nigiri and then add whatever you like later (lol).This is a restaurant that will make your wishes come true. The vinegared rice is red vinegar and no sugar, so it's crisp and goes well with alcohol, and the nigiri is just the right size and has an airy feel to it, which is my favorite type ♡ They have a wide lineup of alcohol, including sake, champagne, and wine, and they also sell them by the glass. So I'm glad that even one person can feel free to drink it. Nowadays, many restaurants are offering omakase courses so as not to waste money, and the menu is not just courses, but also a la carte, so I'm really grateful that I can choose when I want, so this is a restaurant I'd like to visit in the future!

リピートしてるお寿司屋さんで、この日はちらし寿司と、おすすめな日本酒を注文！
シャリは赤酢で砂糖を使っていないのでお酒との相性もよくて美味しい。
お酒のラインナップもシャンパーニュ、日本酒、日本ワインと豊富なので、誰誘っても大丈夫だし、個室もあるので接待に使えます。
ランチも人気で常にお客様さんいる状態が多いので、予約は必須。シャリが終了してしまいランチ断られるパターンも結構あります。
