今日は前から気になっていたわたす日本橋さんへ。東北生まれとしては、東北の食材を使っていただいているのはとても喜ばしいこと。
早速入店。予約なしで開店と同時に入りましたが、席は30分位で埋まっていたように思います。
合挽きハンバーグ枝豆と春菊の翡翠ソース？を注文し、10分位できました。
正直、春菊大嫌いで迷ったのですが、食べてみないことにはどんな感じなのか分からずと思い、初めは少しずつ食べてみましたが、ハンバーグの方が肉の匂いが強くてあまり春菊を感じませんでした。ソースも枝豆の味の方が強くて、とても優しいソースの味。肉がガツンと来るのでとても相性がいい組み合わせでした。
お味噌汁も具だくさんで足りないかなーって最初思いましたが、結構お腹苦しくなりました。
他にもメニューはあったので、また機会があれば寄りたいです。
