The specialty is Chaeyut, which is boiled carefully selected pork. It has a moist and soft texture, and the more you bite into it, the more flavor comes out. Charula, which is made with boiled daily offal such as Achilles tendon, hachinosu, and beef tendon, is also served piping hot. Both dishes are served with yangnyeum (a general term for condiments, spices, and seasonings) made from Ami's salted fish and chili pepper miso. Other popular dishes include dulchigi, a griddle dish made with ingredients simmered in beef or chicken stock and aged gochujang, and jeon, a dish made by coating Chinese cabbage with egg and grilling it.

Our raw makgeolli is unheated and continues to naturally ferment until just before drinking. It is full of yeast and enzymes. It is also rich in lactic acid bacteria and is gentle on the stomach. It has a rich flavor and slight carbonation, making it a cup that is also loved by women. The use of heavy brass sake vessels, which have been used as ritual utensils in Korea since ancient times, gives it an elegant feel. Come and soothe your tiredness with a snack of panjimi or chanja.
