``Onihimo River'' has a chewy texture and a smooth texture that goes down your throat. This is a masterpiece that Takaaki Hashida, the fifth generation, has recreated the wide noodles invented by the second generation Fujikichi Hashida, which disappeared in the mid-Showa era. Among them, "Onigama", which uses Joshu barley pork, is our signature menu. We use rare ingredients from Gunma Prefecture and serve them using simple cooking methods that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. A dish that won first place in the Udon Tenkaichi Tournament for three consecutive years. Please try it once.
