■Shop Information The Higashi Ginza restaurant [Hanayama Udon] is also available in Nihonbashi! I was able to enter the store smoothly, probably because it was a weekday and at night. Today I ordered chicken fried with Antarctic curry and Maitake mushroom tempura. Of course it's Himokawa. Arrived in about 10 minutes. The curry dipping sauce has a fruity taste and an elegant feel. However, I didn't feel like it went well with this Himokawa udon. Both the udon and curry were too elegant and I wanted a little more spiciness, which I didn't like. Himokawa udon is as plump as ever. The Maitake Tempura was delicious with a crispy coating and a fluffy inside.
