On this day, I finished work in Nihonbashi and met up with a friend. When I passed by the place before, I saw people entering the store one after another, and I was wondering if it was a good store! It is located underground, about a 1-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station B0 exit. When I visited the restaurant without a reservation just after it opened, I was told, ``Today, we have a group reservation for 75 people starting at 5:15 p.m., and if you would like to stay for one hour...'' It's amazing that we can get that many reservations on a weekday in this day and age! ! I decided to use it quickly and enter the store. The restaurant is brand new, very clean and bright. I toasted and ordered the menu that caught my eye.・Appetizers Boiled Koya tofu and Simmered dish, chicken chicken dish and Gyoza / Dumpling, melty cheese omelet ・Cheese spring rolls It feels like it was made properly from the appetizer, which is nice. It's been a while since I've eaten Koya tofu soaked in soup stock, but it was delicious! The fluffy and melty omelet was more filling than I expected! It contains plenty of cheese and is irresistible for cheese lovers♪ chicken dish Gyoza / Dumpling and cheese spring rolls had plenty of garnished vegetables, and the fried lotus root was visually appealing as well. I see, I only used it for about an hour, but it's no wonder it's so popular. If the food is delicious, the customer service is quick, and the prices are reasonable, I'll come back again.This time I had a quick drink, but next time I'd like to take it more slowly!
