日本橋駅から徒歩すぐ、雑居ビルの地下2階にある完全個室居酒屋「茶屋 日本橋」。間接照明が優しく照らす落ち着いた空間は、まるで自宅にいるような居心地の良さです。
食事は、看板メニューの手羽先餃子からスタート。カリッと揚げた皮の中には、ジューシーな鶏肉の具がぎっしり詰まっています。一口食べると、思わず笑顔がこぼれました。続いていただいた厚切りハムカツは、ほんとに分厚く衣がサクサクで中はふんわり。食べ応え抜群の一品です。
チーズ好きにはたまらない一品が、チーズソースと明太子の包み揚げです。サクサクの衣の中に、とろーりとろけるチーズとピリッとした辛さの明太子が絶妙なハーモニーを奏でます。
チーズ春巻きは、パリパリの皮の中にチーズがたっぷり。香ばしい皮の風味がたまりません。釜揚げしらすと小ねぎの出汁巻き卵は、ふわふわの食感と優しい出汁の味わいが心温まる一品です。
新鮮なマグロを使ったマグロブツは、脂の乗りが絶妙で口の中でとろけます。ネギトロバクダンユッケをたっぷり海苔に包んで、食べるとこれまた格別に美味しかったです。
食事の〆には、香ばしソース焼きそばをいただきました。太めの麺に絡む甘辛いソースが絶妙で、ぺろりと完食しました。
デザートには、北海道クリームチーズアイスをいただきました。濃厚なチーズの味わいと、滑らかな口当たりが最高です。
料理だけでなく、スタッフの方の温かいおもてなしも印象的でした。終始笑顔で接してくださり、とても居心地の良い時間を過ごせました。
和洋折衷の創作料理と温かいおもてなしは、癒やしの時間を過ごすのにぴったりです。ごちそうさまでした。
