13:25カウンターに座る。
13:28良庭丼（1,500円）を、ご飯大盛（100円）で注文する。
注文時、タルタルソースか温玉の選択があったので、温玉にした。
良庭丼は、天然海老・季節の海鮮・上級豚肉などのフライに秘伝のタレがかかっているとのこと。
ちなみに、季節の海鮮は、アオリイカとの説明があった。
到着。
まずは、温玉を乗せる。
海老から食べてみた。
プリッと食感で、思ったより大きい。
次にアオリイカ。
厚さは１㎝以上はありそうだけど、するするっと噛むことができる。
美味しい。
豚は、二切れ入っていたが、一つは少し硬めだった。
丼ツユは、甘さも含め比較的あっさりしている。
フライの下の刻み海苔、そしてしば漬けとの相性は、抜群である。
シジミのお味噌汁は、程よくシジミの出汁が出ていて、これまた旨し。
完食。
甘めの味付けを大盛にしたから、最後は若干の飽きが来たけど、気持ちは満足している。
