貴重なお席に呼んでいただき、念願の初訪問！かなり楽しみにしていました。
お店はエレベーター降りたらすぐ、各階にお店があるタイプです。プライベート感あるカウンターのみのお店。
まずは本日の食材(お野菜)を見せていただき、コーススタート。先付のエビすり身サンド、エビの足から期待が高まります。エビはもちろん、季節の食材がたくさんありました。赤茄子はマシュマロを越えるフワフワさ、椎茸やマッシュルームはじゅわっとアツアツのお出汁が出てくるジューシーさ。他にも立派すぎる広島産の牡蠣や、ぷりぷりすぎる罪な白子、フワフワな穴子など。。
色々な種類をいただきましたが、なぜか胃もたれしない気しかしない。まだ食べられる天ぷらの数々。
ふと見ると、ほぼ油が垂れていない中、1滴だけ落ちている油が。透き通っていてかなりきれいな油でした！油について全く知識がありませんが、キレイすぎる油をみて、その美味しさにかなり納得しました。
是非また伺いたいですが、予約を取るには至難の業。またご縁がありますように！！
