出会いは横浜そごうの物産展で、たまたま通りがかって買ったクロワッサン。
その後に乗船したシーバスで、お弁当気分で食べたら激ウマ(✽ ﾟдﾟ ✽)！！
こりゃ大変とばかりに、後日改めて爆買いしに行きました(笑)
調べたら、八重洲にお店があることがわかり早速レストランに行ってみました(*^^*)
あまりお腹が空いていなかったので、サラダランチ。
サラダとはいえ葉っぱだけでなく、蒸し鶏肉やラタトイユもしっかり入っていて食べごたえがありましたよ！
パンが４種類ほど盛り合わせて出てきました。
食べ放題らしいのですが、残念ながらそれほどお腹が空いていなかったので最初に出て来たパンだけにしておきました。
でもせっかく来たので、帰りにテイクアウトでも買って帰りましたよ
★味
口に入れた一瞬は、何の変哲もないんです。
でも、１秒置いて美味しいが襲いかかってきます
１つわかったのは、シーバスで食べたクロワッサンや、自宅で食べたナッツ入りのパンや調理パンはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったのですが、今回お料理とともに頂いたパンでは、その美味しさが充分に発揮できていないように感じました。
おそらくここのパンは素材がいいため、口に入れて１秒後に本領を発揮するんです。
予め口の中に他の食材の味があったり、パンとともにスープとか飲んだりしてしまうと、その本領が発揮されないまま、他の食べ物に紛れていくのではないかと！！！
もったいなすぎてけしからん
最初は絶対にパンだけで食べてください！！！

東京駅に隣接してるのに混み合っていません。
東京駅に店が沢山ありすぎて、ここまでたどり着く前に人が他の店に吸い込まれていくのでは。
知る人ぞ知る名店ではないでしょうか。
★雰囲気
落ち着いたカフェです。
★テイクアウトかイートインか
パンをイートインすることもできるそうです。
初めて行く場合、食べてみて気に入ったらテイクアウトもしたら良いのではないでしょうか。
でもその場合、絶対に最初はパンだけで食べてください水もだめです
接客してくださるお姉さんたちもとっても親切で可愛かったです！
