丸の内の三菱系のビルの人気店が八重洲の三井系のビルの１階にもあり節操が無く参りましたら、本館ではなく別館の奥で発見に苦労して、テイクアウトレーンを進みます。テイクアウトはこれだけの品揃えの夕刻で、悩みは僅少。売り子さんが曜日限定品を教えて下さり、完売にしたのが「レザン」740円。小さな食パンで、人気らしい「フィユ」490円を丸で頂きます。紙袋の要否の御下問があり、お願い致しますと、一番廉価な小33円を用意して下さり、QRコード決済してドピンクの紙袋でお店の宣伝をブルジョワ風にしながら山手線。自宅にて頂きました「レザン」は国産小麦でラムレーズンが大粒の名実ともに葡萄パン。「フィユ」は「はるゆたか」100％の小さい角食ですが、赤ワインを誘います。
