The gentle flavor is made with only Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido, bonito flakes from Makurazaki, and a little salt, allowing you to enjoy the true nature of the ingredients. We use seasonal and delicious ingredients seasoned with our own soup stock. Please enjoy it with shochu or sake.
