友人の勧めでいちどうかがったときに、そのお料理１品１品のおいしさにうなり、また明るく丁寧な接客の良さにほっこりしたのがこちらの「和牛船 日乃丸」さん。
その時の感激が忘れられず、また同じコースを予約させてもらいました。
今回もまた、ローストビーフの柔らかさと歯切れの良さに驚き、沢煮椀では野菜のシャキシャキ具合とお汁のうまさに思わず目を閉じ、煮物の素材一つずつの優しいお出汁のしみたお味にうなり、サーロインステーキとイチボステーキの肉汁溢れる、しかし決してしつこくない味わいに舌鼓。しめは牛コツスープを使った窯炊きご飯でノックアウトされました。
お肉が好きな方には、間違いなくおススメのお店です♪
