On the first floor, we offer a la carte dishes that utilize fruit in a variety of ways, including boiling, grilling, and making sauces. Enjoy Bistro dishes such as sweet potato and foie gras risotto, roast duck + orange sauce, and peach pasta. There are also plenty of fruit-based snacks that go well with alcohol. Enjoy Sweets such as parfait, pudding a la mode, and sorbet. We also carry valuable fruits unique to the Imano Fruit Factory series.

The restaurant's cuisine is prepared by Chef Konno, who trained at Restaurants in Tokyo and France before opening his own restaurant, Kayabacho BISTROSABLIER, in 2000.
